Our Story

What began as a backyard hobby on weekends and holidays, turned into a business in the last 4 yrs. that caters and is a mobile shop on the weekends. Head BBQ Pitmaster, Tony (Smokey T) Sutherland, Sr. is dedicated in pursuing his dream to perfect his signature low & slow pit style smoked BBQ. In 2014 his wife gave him a Father’s Day gift that sent him to Que University, a BBQ cooking school. This turned out to be the inspirational push that led him to focus on his God given gift of delivering some of the best slow smoked BBQ in Atlanta.

His next step is to compete in BBQ competitions nationally and sell his signature rubs and sauces.
